We offer options starting from a carer who can come in for as little as 30min a day upwards to carers living with you providing care 24hrs a day. This provides the much-needed care and support around your day-to-day activities enabling you to live independently as much as possible in your home and community for as long as possible.

Live-in Care

Our Team take time to know your preferences and routines and create a unique care plan. They will match you with carefully chosen highly trained Live-in Carer who will move into your home and live with you day and night so that you can live the life you want on your own terms. The Live-in Carer will be matched to you based on your shared interests, personality and cultural beliefs. Our Live-in care supervisors oversee the care you or your loved one are getting and liaise with you and your family to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Top-Notch Healthcare Services Carers manage everything that needs to be done at home. Their duties will include housekeeping, shopping, cooking and are respectful when providing personal care to your or your loved one. Domiciliary care

We provide additional care and support with day-to-day tasks such as household tasks, personal care, preparing and cooking meals, or any activity that allows you to stay independent in your home. Either you need help for a few hours a day or a couple of times a week, Top-Notch Healthcare Services can arrange a Carer to visit your home and provide you with the help that you require. Our Carers are trained to a high standard. They receive ongoing support and supervision from a Care Manager who will manage your care and support. 

Our Domiciliary care includes a Morning visit: Have a Carer next to you from the time you wake up. The carer will assist you with getting out of bed, making breakfast, and getting you ready for the day. Afternoon visit: Our Carer will help you with your daily activities such as shopping, going to social events, or light housework. Evening visit:  Support with your evening routine such as dinner preparation, support with medication, bathing, changing into nightwear, and support with getting into bed.

Palliative Care

Having a terminal illness can be distressing to you or your loved one. That’s when we step in, to provide you Palliative care support so that you and your family can spend quality time together. Our Palliative care permits you to stay in your home, where you feel most comfortable, surrounded by memories and family. We provide either a live-in carer or intermittent visits and provide a full range of services that follows the national palliative care guidelines. Our support includes personal care, pain management, administering medication, cooking meals and companionship. Companionship

Are you struggling to get out and about? Do you feel lonely and isolated? Top-Notch Healthcare Services Carers are here to keep you company. They can take you out for coffee or lunch, or just be there when you need someone to chat with. We can provide you with a friendly Carer if you are struggling with your daily tasks of running your home. Our Carer can live in with you or visit you each day to assist you with a whole range of task that can help you remain in control, as well as benefit from companionship. Some of the activities our Companionship service include arrangement and accompanying to appointments, help with travel arrangements, help with entertaining friends or family and reminiscing of past memories.

Respite Care

We understand that everyone needs time to themselves, and this is needed more when a person cares for someone else. Top-Notch Healthcare Services offers a short-term Carer who is different from your usual Caregiver for one or two weeks so as to give the primary care giver a well-needed break from their duties. Our Respite care covers from a two-week holiday, a short break, or needed because of sickness or a family emergency. Top-Notch Healthcare Services’ Respite care comes in the following packages:  Live-in care- A carer lives in your home, offering support and company day and night. Visiting care- A carer gives you extra support for just a few hours each day or each week. Rest assured knowing that your loved one is safe and has everything they need.

Complex care

Top-Notch Healthcare Services offers a fully managed clinical care support to you or your loved one when you have complex healthcare conditions. We give flexible care solutions that are highly responsive and gives you maximum choice and independence in the comfort of your home. We support you or your loved one if you have progressive neurological conditions such as dementia, acquired brain or spinal cord injury. Our Carers focus on the individual, developing safe and tailor-made packages that promote independent living in your home. Step I

Get in touch

You can get hold of us by either calling on the office number or filling our website form. Also, you can send us an email and we will respond within 24 hours.

Step 2

Care Assessment

Our Team will carry out a detailed assessment to create your care plan. A tailor-made plan will be created to suit your needs as    discussed in the assessment. 

Step 3

Carer Chosen and Care Starts

We will go through our Carer database and match you with a Carer who shares your likes, dislikes and interest.  Once chosen, you will be introduced to the Carer.  Care starts.

Step 4

Monitoring and Evaluation

After you and your Carer have settled in, our Team will continuously check in regularly to make sure we are providing the best care for you.
