Our Story
Out two Executive Directors, Joseph Wagura and Jacqulline Chombo met at a Health and social care conference and quickly realised that they shared the same vision to deliver a person-centred home care service and to do it at highest quality possible. They realised between themselves that they had over 66 years of combined working experience in the Health and Social care sector and NHS working in senior roles and they had much to give back to the health profession and the community at large. Their skill sets and personalities complement each other which paved a way some months later to form a company which they named Top-Notch Healthcare Services Ltd. They applied to register the company with the Quality Care Commission (CQC) and it was approved with no hesitations. The name Top-Notch embodies the vision of the company to deliver care & support services that is excellent and of highest quality to you and your loved ones.
Top-Notch Healthcare Services aims for a holistic approach in the way home care is delivered by concentrating on quality client service and upholding the best professional care standards. It is Top-Notch Healthcare Services’ mission to become the first choice of home care service provider for many individuals and families as possible.

About Joseph
Joseph is a compassionate and dedicated Director with over 37 years of working experience in the Health & Social Care industry at senior levels, he has expert knowledge of delivering home care services. He is wholly focus on maintaining the highest standards of home care practises and client satisfaction. An excellent leader and mentor who supports staff and the community. Joseph demonstrates strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance as he has worked with various entities in the health and social setting. In addition, Joseph has vast knowledge in customer service, relationship development, team management, administration and dispensing of medication, planning and co-ordination, implementation of safe and effective care, healthcare delivery and evaluation of care given.It is a daily mission for Joseph to make sure that quality care is being provided to you. Care that is delivered with sensitivity, dedication, consistency and compassion.

About Jacqulline
Jacqulline is Co-Founder and Executive Director she considers herself to be highly motivated individual. She is an expert in Health and Social care with over 28 years working experience in the care sector and NHS. Jacqulline has vast experience in providing care to complex needs patients covering Tracheostomy care, PEG tube care, Medication administration, Care planning, and activities of daily living care provision. She has good communication skills and a caring attitude towards promoting a personalised approach to the care of a patient. Jacqulline also has a proven track record of managing care homes and is fully conversant with the requirements of the Care Homes Act and National Minimum Standards, General Social Care Council/ Scottish Social Council codes of professional care and practice based on the individual needs of each client. She is a professional with wide knowledge and experience in working multidisciplinary teams involving planning and implementing programmes of care and training for individual service users by working together with other professional colleagues (for example Day Centre staff and Community Mental Health Teams) and to maintain close liaison with their colleagues in this respect in order to ensure that the clients have specialised and relevant programmes of care and support.

To work for a comprehensive welfare of our service users, we aim to provide for each service user a package of care that contributes to his /her personal and healthcare needs and preferences
We will co-operate with other services and professionals to help maximise each service user’s independence and to ensure as fully as possible the service user’s maximum participation in the community
In order to meet the assessed needs, before we provide the service, our aim is to ensure that a potential service user’s needs and preferences are thoroughly assessed and ensure that the care provided meets the assessed needs of each service user. We shall carry frequent re-assessment of care needs as necessary in line with any changing needs or requirements
